Recently, we had the opportunity to participate in a transformative T-Studio session facilitated by the insightful Kui Wambugu, Seed Business Transformation Advisor, Stanford Seed East Africa.

During this session, we had the chance to revisit and refine our company’s customer segmentation and persona, growth strategy, and go-to-market strategy. This experience was immensely beneficial, providing us with valuable insights and actionable strategies to drive our business forward.
